enjoyph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and enjoyph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the enjoyph website located at enjoyph.club, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on enjoyph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the enjoyph Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the enjoyph platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "enjoyph" or "Platform" means the online gaming website operated at enjoyph.club and all associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the enjoyph registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's enjoyph wallet, including both real-money deposits and credited bonus funds, where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to separate wagering requirements and may not be directly withdrawn until such requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations before withdrawals may be processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing lawful gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software licensor whose games are made available through the enjoyph platform, including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and SA Gaming.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, win, or bonus credit recorded on a Player's account.

To register and maintain an account with enjoyph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines, or are a Filipino citizen or permanent resident accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current or former PAGCOR employee, nor an employee of any Game Provider whose titles are available on enjoyph, nor an immediate family member of any such employee.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion programme or gambling exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent authority.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation.

enjoyph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, the account will be suspended pending verification, and no withdrawals will be processed during that period.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on enjoyph. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — constitutes a breach of these Terms. enjoyph employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

During registration, Players must provide accurate and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. This information must remain current at all times; Players are responsible for updating their account details if any information changes.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, enjoyph requires Players to complete identity verification by submitting one government-issued photo identification document (Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS/UMID Card, LTO Driver's License, PRC ID, or COMELEC Voter's ID) together with a selfie photograph holding the submitted ID. KYC documents are reviewed within twenty-four (24) business hours of submission.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. enjoyph will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Do not share your enjoyph login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify enjoyph support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

enjoyph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

All financial transactions on enjoyph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). enjoyph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the enjoyph account. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited. enjoyph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that is deemed unusual in size or frequency relative to the Player's account history.

enjoyph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the applicable offer:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not wagered before expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• Each bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• enjoyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, using automated bots, engaging in matched betting against your own account, or exploiting errors in the Platform constitute bonus abuse. enjoyph will void all bonuses and associated winnings, and may permanently suspend the accounts of any Player found to have engaged in such conduct.

All games available on enjoyph are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed gameplay with independently audited procedures. The house edges and game mechanics described in each game's rules section represent the mathematical parameters of that game as configured by the relevant Game Provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server failure, disconnection, or display error — enjoyph and its Game Providers reserve the right to void any wager or round that cannot be verified as having completed normally. In such cases, the stake may be returned to the Player's account at enjoyph's discretion, but no further liability shall attach to enjoyph or the relevant Game Provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the enjoyph platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether using real or false personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors that affect game outcomes or account balances, rather than reporting them to enjoyph support.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to access the Platform through your account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after voluntarily placing wagers on the Platform.

All content on the enjoyph platform — including but not limited to the enjoyph brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and documentation — is the intellectual property of enjoyph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of enjoyph.

enjoyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when your gaming session exceeds a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without requiring support contact.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

enjoyph does not extend credit to Players and does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. Players are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, enjoyph's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

enjoyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if enjoyph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

enjoyph makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all games will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

enjoyph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require that the account be closed.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting enjoyph support. Upon voluntary closure where no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting enjoyph's customer support team. enjoyph will endeavour to acknowledge and respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

enjoyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially alter the rights or obligations of registered Players — enjoyph will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice through the Platform or by electronic communication to the email address or mobile number registered on the Player's account.

Continued use of the enjoyph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
